Flower Photography Exhibition
Thursday, March 10th, 2011My photo studio in Pasadena used to be next door to a great espresso cafe/roaster, Jones Coffee. They, unfortunately, moved this year just down the block. I still go for a visit for one of their wonderful Italian sodas and amazing cafe mochas. They are a forwarding-thinking company and have the hippest location that is one of the best kept secrets (not for long) in Pasadena. And they showcase various artists!
This month they have a floral theme and when they called me, I knew I had to contribute my flower photography. Please go and visit this month while it is still hanging. And check out one of the coolest coffee roasters in town. I have several flower portraits hanging there from a 24″x30″ to a 30″x40″ Gallery Wrap.
To All Photographers
Wednesday, January 12th, 2011I get very many emails from photographers all over the world asking me how I do things. I am grateful for those emails because I know I am touching a cord. I have seen many aspiring photographers attempt to copy what I do.
For the first time ever, I am offering a series of online seminars to you, aspiring, beginning, and seasoned photographers. These will be taped for you to learn. We begin production in a few weeks. However, if you sign up now, for a very short while I am reducing the fee for the six seminars, AND, here’s this big one: you can be a part of it by asking questions in advance. I will answer all reasonable questions.
Here’s your chance. Please go to this webpage to sign up with your Paypal account: http://www.linnealenkus.com/seminars/
The Dahm Triplets Video
Friday, February 12th, 2010My Maternity Photography of the Dahm triplets on the TV show “The Doctors” Tomorrow!
Tuesday, February 9th, 2010In December, I took beautiful portraits of the three gorgeous Dahm Triplets together, who were roughly a month apart in getting pregnant, and have since photographed each of them with their husbands in individual maternity sessions at two of my portrait studios. Next, we can’t wait to get all of their beautiful daughters in the studio together for newborn portraits! Nicole delivered her daughter, Charlie, in January. Jaclyn’s little girl, Chanel, arrived last week. And, Erica’s little bundle of joy will be joining the pink party in the next few weeks!

Healing: A Photography Project
Tuesday, September 15th, 2009I started looking for a project to take on so that I could give back to my community, one that would blend the three concepts in my life: family, art and charity. When I found the Stramski Center in Long Beach, California I knew that I had found a perfect match, a project that would resonate with me. The Stramski Center is an amazing clinic of Miller’s Children’s Hospital. They are great healers to many children of special needs and their families.
Flower Photography
Wednesday, August 5th, 2009I am known primarily as a portrait photographer. Many people don’t know that I have a secret passion for flower photography. The secret’s not so secret anymore.
What began as a way to show my children the beauty of light and form in the garden as they were looking at our array of strange looking garden bugs became my creative release and obsession and now, to my surprise and delight, is being welcomed into art galleries.
